Multi-carrier means fewer declines.
One application can be shopped against 3–4 carriers in parallel. Health condition that's a decline at one is often standard at another. Close more cases without rewriting them.
Before you sign
We are not the highest contracts in the country. We are not the only agency with a tech stack. What we are is honest about the tradeoffs — so you can decide if we fit before wasting a call.
"You own your book of business."
You retain agent-of-record on policies you personally write, subject to each carrier's rules and your continued appointment. Clients belong to themselves. We disclose carrier release rules before you sign.
"Top contracts in the industry."
Meaningless without a number. Our grid is published in the producer agreement before you sign — Mutual of Omaha LWA at street, Transamerica FFIUL at street + bonus tier, full grid available on request.
"Free leads."
Direct mail final-expense leads cost $28–35. Facebook leads $8–18. Inbound calls $45–80. We pass them through at our cost — no internal markup, no earn-back via reduced commission.
"100% vested day one."
True for first-year commission with most carriers. Renewals (2–10% of premium) follow each carrier's vesting schedule, often 1–3 years. The cash impact on final expense is far smaller than recruiters imply. Medicare is the one product where renewal ownership genuinely matters.
"Build a downline, earn passive income."
Override path opens after 50+ personal apps in 90 days. We pay overrides out of carrier-paid agency comp, not skimmed from your downline's grid. Flat differential. Not a stacked-tier MLM.
"Flexible, work from anywhere."
True if you have phone signal. False if you mean set-your-own-hours-and-still-hit-production-goals. Final expense and Medicare are time-zone bound; IUL prospects answer the phone in the evening. The tools work anywhere; the calls have a schedule.
Commission grid
Exact percentages and bonus tiers are sent in your producer agreement before you sign. What is published here is the structure — payout cadence, comp shape, and which carriers offer overrides.
| Carrier | Comp |
|---|---|
| Mutual of Omaha | Street + tier |
| Transamerica | Street + bonus |
| F&G | Heaped issue |
| Ethos | Per-policy |
| American Amicable | Street |
| Foresters | Street |
| SBLI | Street |
| InstaBrain | Street + bonus |
| Corebridge | Per-policy |
"Street" = top-of-street level for the carrier's standard producer contract. Bonus tiers attach above street based on production. Carrier-specific percentages provided in the producer agreement.
The stack
One application can be shopped against 3–4 carriers in parallel. Health condition that's a decline at one is often standard at another. Close more cases without rewriting them.
Every inbound lead gets a 1–10 fit score with recommended channel and send window before you dial. We auto-draft a 3-touch SMS+email+call sequence per applicant. You review, send, book.
Carrier e-app integration where supported. Pipeline CRM with deal lifecycle from submission to issue. Click-to-dial with local presence. No upgrade-to-enterprise nag.
We help you stand up an LLC, file S-corp election (when income justifies it), and structure expenses. Tax savings on a 6-figure year typically pay for setup five times over.
Direct mail FE leads at the printer's price. Facebook leads at the ad's CPL. Inbound at vendor cost. We do not pay you with your own money.
Pre-appointment workflow with most carriers, JIT supported on the rest. First commission check typically 14–21 days from agreement signing — assuming you are licensed in the state and writing on day one.
Override path
Override eligibility opens after 50+ personal applications in 90 days — production-gated, not recruiting-gated. We pay overrides from the agency comp the carrier sends us, not skimmed from your downline's commission grid.
If you never want to recruit, you keep 100% of your time on personal production. Your contract level does not change either way.

Apply
Most agencies sort applicants by volume. We sort by fit. If your application looks like a match, you will hear from us within one business day to schedule a 30-minute discovery call.
On that call we show the actual commission grid, the actual lead costs, and the actual release rules. You decide if it fits.
